Nord Space

Partnering

A partner, not just a supplier.

Nord Space takes named roles in bids and projects across ESA, EUSPA, Horizon Europe and national programmes - as a consortium partner, subcontractor to a prime, the coordinator itself, or the project office holding the consortium together.

Roles we take

Four ways Nord Space sits in a consortium.

Consortium partner

Named co-proposer owning one or more work packages.

Nord Space joins your consortium as a named partner in the proposal, with a defined work-package scope, effort and budget line - and the people to deliver it once the activity is awarded.

Subcontractor to primes

Defined work packages under a prime contractor.

For primes who need specialist capacity without expanding headcount, we deliver bounded work packages to your processes, templates and review cadence, with a single point of contact.

Prime / coordinator

Leading a consortium end to end.

We can take the coordinator role: assembling partners, owning the proposal, managing the consolidated schedule, reporting and deliverables, and carrying the customer relationship.

Project office / PMO

Programme management and assurance for a consortium.

An advanced project office on behalf of the consortium - planning, risk and action tracking, documentation control, review preparation and assurance across all partners.

What we bring

Why a consortium adds Nord Space.

Depth on demand

A work package rarely needs one profile. We scale the team from our vetted network to match the technical scope, and scale it back down when the phase ends.

ECSS-literate delivery

Documentation, reviews and verification evidence written the way ESA and institutional customers expect to receive them.

Proposal capability

We contribute technical and management sections, work-package descriptions and effort breakdowns that survive evaluation - not boilerplate.

One accountable entity

A single Danish legal entity signs, invoices and reports. No chain of freelancers for your project controller to manage.

Danish and EU footprint

Danish participation contributes to geographic return and national funding routes, while our specialists work across Europe.

Fast commitment

Bid deadlines do not move. We confirm interest, role and effort quickly so you can finalise the consortium in time.
