WHAT WE OFFER

Proposal & Technical Writing

Proposal specialists who understand how ESA evaluates: work package logic, technical narrative, risk sections and consortium structure - written to the tender's own criteria.

In the space industry, the quality of your proposal is often the deciding factor. Evaluation panels at ESA, EUMETSAT, and EUSPA assess hundreds of submissions - and the ones that score highest are rarely the ones with the most impressive technology. They are the ones that communicate that technology most clearly, demonstrate a credible understanding of the requirements, and leave evaluators with no unanswered questions.

A strong proposal is not just well-written. It is structured around how evaluators think, traceable to the statement of work, technically rigorous at every level, and commercially realistic. Getting all of that right under a submission deadline - while your engineering team is simultaneously trying to do actual engineering - is harder than it looks.

Nord Space has been writing and supporting proposals for ESA, EUMETSAT, EUSPA, and national agency funding instruments for over a decade. We know what good looks like from both sides of the table - and we bring that knowledge to every engagement.
