"Cookies" here covers cookies and equivalent technologies such as local storage and session storage - small pieces of data your browser keeps on your device. Under the Danish Cookie Order and the GDPR, anything that is not strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for requires your consent.

Strictly necessary (always on)

• Expert finder answers - session storage that keeps your wizard answers while you complete them and prefills the quote form. Cleared when you close the tab.
• Cookie consent record - local storage holding your choice and its version, so we do not ask again on every visit. Kept for 12 months.
• Team authentication session - set only when a Nord Space team member signs in to the administration area, to keep them signed in securely.
• Security and load balancing - technical request handling by our hosting provider.

Analytics (consent required)

Aggregated measurement of which pages, expertise areas and consultant profiles are used, so we can improve the site. Nothing is loaded until you allow this category. When you do, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited:

• _ga - distinguishes returning browsers so visits are not counted twice. Kept for up to 2 years.
• _ga_<container id> - keeps session state for the Nord Space property. Kept for up to 2 years.

We enable IP anonymisation and disable advertising and personalisation signals, so the data is used for site statistics only. Google acts as our processor and may process data outside the EU/EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If you withdraw consent, no further data is sent and these cookies are removed.

Marketing (consent required)

Campaign measurement and relevant Nord Space content on other platforms. Off by default and never loaded unless you enable this category.

When you first visit, you can accept all, reject everything that is not strictly necessary, or choose categories individually. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time - it takes effect immediately and any non-essential technology is not loaded on the next page view.

You can also delete cookies and storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop parts of the site, such as the expert finder, from working.
