Hardware engineer with more than 33 years of experience in digital design, FPGA-based systems, and high-speed electronics. My work has taken me from ultra-high-volume consumer products to specialized equipment for space, maritime, and medical applications. This breadth has given me both deep technical expertise and the ability to see connections across industries and technologies. As an independent consultant I support companies that need specialist knowledge, additional capacity, or a steady hand to move critical projects forward. I have led hardware design for space cameras, redesigned FPGA-based CPU boards for maritime engines, and uncovered issues in medical devices before they reached the market.
